Exotic Nova Scotia: A toast to the coast

They burst open with a surprisingly tasty tartness now, but later on they’ll become a delicious, dry white wine: crisp, with citrusy aromatics.
Comparisons between L’Acadie blanc and Sauvignon blanc are valid, and pairing L’Acadie with seafood is obvious — and serendipitous, considering we are in Canada’s Ocean Playground.
