Food and Seafood Production
A number of the stakeholders interviewed the RDA's repositioning plan felt the food and seafood sector continued to hold promise for growth into the future for the Lunenburg Queens region. The area has a solid base of agricultural activity supplemented with an estimated 40 food manufacturers. In addition, there is a base of fishery and aquaculture activities in the region.
