Employment programs are often hosted in the Lunenburg Queens region to assist people find employment or make career choices.  These programs are invaluable to employers because the workforce it creates has been trained on effective self-management, team work, conflict management and problem solving.  Participants also leave with higher levels of self-esteem and a strong desire to succeed in their work and in their life.  They are provided with computer skills, customer service skills, not to mention certifications in WHMIS and First Aid.
